Getting started with QFLOW is designed to be fast and straightforward. Here is your complete setup guide.
Step 1: Create Your Account (1 minute)
Sign up at qflow.app with your email. You will receive a verification email — click the link to activate your account.
Step 2: Restaurant Details (2 minutes)
Enter your restaurant name, select your country and currency, and set your tax rate and service charge percentage. Upload your logo if you have one — this will appear on your digital menu and receipts.
Step 3: Build Your Menu (5 minutes)
Create categories (Starters, Mains, Desserts, Drinks, etc.) and add items with names, descriptions, prices, and photos. You can mark items as available or unavailable at any time.
**Pro tip**: Start with your most popular items and add more later. You can always update your menu in real-time.
Step 4: Set Up Tables (1 minute)
Add your tables with names and seating capacity. QFLOW automatically generates unique QR codes for each table. Print these and place them on your tables.
Step 5: Configure Payments (1 minute)
Connect your preferred payment gateway. QFLOW supports Stripe for international payments and Tap for GCC-region payments. Follow the guided setup to link your account.

That is it. Customers can now scan the QR code at their table, browse your menu, place orders, and pay — all from their phone. You will see everything in real-time on your dashboard.
